COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
Partner With Us to promote the safety of all participants as we reserve to right to implement COVID-19 precautions based on local government guidance. Masks are not required but are optional for all attendees. Personal Accountability Onsite: Attendees should immediately remove themselves from participation if they test positive or simply exhibit COVID-19 symptoms. Let’s be considerate of the health and well-being of attendees as we strive to hold a successful conference.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation must be in writing to the NVOAD Conference Office before March 24, 2024 for a full refund. A 30% cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellation requests post-marked between March 24, 2024 and April 15, 2024. After April 15, 2024, no refunds will be processed.
