The President and CEO is responsible for the overall management of National VOAD, including member/partner relations, services and programs, fundraising, and daily operations. Areas of responsibility include planning and evaluation, policy development and administration, personnel and fiscal management, financial development, and public relations.

The Member Services Manager is responsible for strategic relationship management and program implementation as they pertain to National Members and State/Territory VOADs. This position serves as the main point of contact between the National Members and the National Office.
Justin WilderManager of Communications & Support Services
The Communications & Support Services Manager is responsible for the organizational communications needs, as well as administration and support of National VOAD’s programs and general operations, including correspondence, digital file management, reporting, monthly newsletter, website updates, social media, and resource compilation.
