Location
All conference programming and events will be held at the Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak, located at 7677 N 16th St, Phoenix, AZ 85020.
Heat Advisory
Temperatures in Phoenix are expected to be in the high 90s throughout the week. Please be sure to stay hydrated and take breaks indoors as needed. Monitor symptoms of heat stress and seek help from Conference Staff on site if needed.
Many of the Conference Session Rooms will require walking outside for a brief amount of time. Pack accordingly and don’t forget your comfy shoes!
Parking
Parking is complimentary for all National VOAD Conference attendees! Follow the signs when you arrive to the Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak.
Shuttle
There will be a roundtrip shuttle to and from the Embassy Suites Phoenix Biltmore and the Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak approximately every 30 minutes during the following dates/time:
Monday, May 6 – 7:30 am – 7:30 pm
Tuesday, May 7 – 7:00 am – 9:30 pm
Wednesday, May 8 – 7:00 am – 5:15 pm
Thursday, May 8 – 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
Registration Hours & Badge Pick Up
Onsite registration and badge pick up will be located in the Anasazi Lobby during the following dates and times:
Monday, May 6th – 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday, May 7th – 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday, May 8th – 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday, May 9th – 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Pre-registration has closed. Onsite registration will be available during the above hours at the Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak.

The 2024 Conference App is ready to download for all pre-registered attendees! Stay connected with all the excitement onsite and for direct access to all conference information. 3. Click on the Conference Logo
4. Click “Sign In” and use the email you used to register for the conference

Session Information & Events
We are excited to announce that over 750 attendees have already registered! With that said, we do anticipate standing room only in some of the breakout rooms. Don’t miss out on your chance to win a PRIZE during the Exhibitor Meet & Greet on Tuesday! Be sure to pick up a Bingo Card at registration and get at least 20 Exhibitor’s signatures before 11:45 am on Tuesday to be entered to win! Winners will be announced at 11:45 am in the Exhibit Hall and must be present to win.
The Awards Dinner will be held Tuesday evening. Please be sure to pack you “Business Formal Attire” for this event.
The Service Project will be held Tuesday from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm in the Sunrise/Sunset rooms. Join us for making Heat Relief Kits.
Session Handouts
Session materials that have been provided to the Conference Office are posted on the Conference App. Each handout is under the specific session’s agenda item. Hard copies will not be provided onsite.
