National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) is an association that builds disaster response and recovery capabilities in communities nationwide. We serve as a forum through which our non-profit member organizations cooperate, communicate, coordinate, and collaborate to share knowledge and resources in order to help disaster survivors and their communities.
In support of these efforts, we are hosting a Silent Auction at the National VOAD Conference in St. Louis, MO on May 8-11, 2023 to raise funds for our State and Territory VOADs and we need your help! Please consider donating a good or service to be auctioned off at the National VOAD Conference. State and Territory VOADs are a critical piece of the VOAD movement and require ongoing support, training, and advocacy at the national level. Funds raised by the Silent Auction will enable State VOAD representatives (who are primarily volunteers) to attend the National VOAD Conference, as well as provide support and represent State and Territory VOADs throughout the year. This work is essential to ensuring the success of local disaster response and recovery work. As National VOAD is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, your donation is eligible for a tax deduction receipt in the amount of the value of your gift.
