National VOAD Attendee Discounted Room Rate
$150/night plus tax and applicable fees (Peppermill Tower), plus
$20 per room per night Resort Fee (regularly $40), which includes:
- Daily shuttle service to and from the Reno Tahoe International Airport
- Business Center Access
- In Room Coffee with Keurig Coffee Maker
- Bottled Water Nightly
Additional accommodations available in the Tuscany Tower for $190/night, plus $20 Resort Fee.
Rates above do not include taxes and are available on a first-come, first-served basis through April 1, 2026.

Airport Shuttle Transportation
The Peppermill features an easy and convenient airport shuttle, which departs from the valet area outside the Hotel Lobby, and runs every half-hour beginning at 4am.
To the Airport: From 4am with the last shuttle departing from the Peppermill going to the airport at 11:30pm.
From the Airport: The airport shuttle departs from the airport going to the Peppermill every half-hour beginning at 4:15 am, and continuing to 11:45pm. This shuttle picks-up at the North exit of the Baggage Claim area.
