2020 National VOAD Meeting Room Request Form
If you need a meeting room at the 2020 National VOAD Conference, please click the below link. Rooms will be available on a first come, first served basis.
All room requests must be made by Friday, April 10, 2020.
Also, once your room is confirmed, an invoice will be generated for the meeting room. All invoices must be paid by Wednesday, May 13, 2020, or space will be forfeited. If you need to cancel your meeting room space, please do so by Friday, May 8, 2020, or fees may be incurred.
The pricing for rooms will be as follows:
Half Day Meeting - $125
Full Day Meeting - $250
Please note these rates are significantly reduced compared to the average room rental required by the Hilton Squaw Peak for meeting room space.
