Design for Success: Design Tools for Effective VOADs

The Design for Success matrix, narratives, and appendices are meant to serve as a developmental roadmap for VOADs. The narrative descriptions supporting each section of the matrix are largely drawn from existing documents, including the VOAD Organizing Manual, and other resources available in their entirety on the NVOAD website. Downloads For PC Users:
If you are having problems viewing the pdf (such as seeing a blank page, garbled text or a page that never loads), then you must download the pdf to your computer to view it. To do this right-click, hold down mouse and select "save file/target as".

If your computer does not automatically launch Acrobat Reader, you will need to open it, then open the pdf. Acrobat Reader version 3.0 or 4.0 is needed.

Downloads For Mac Users:
If you are having problems viewing the pdf click and hold down mouse select "download link to disk" or "save this link as" (select format: source) for quick download without browser preview.
